Start dancing when you are young (between 5 and 25 years old)

I encourage you to sign up for a dance class, even just at least to have fun! It is not because you are 35 years old that you are no longer allowed to do a personal activity that brings you happiness.
And the excuse “I do not have time, I work and I have to take care of children at night” is absolutely not acceptable! Of course, we do not have as much time for ourselves at 15 and at 40 but you can find yourself 1 hour in your week when you take a dance class.
